In order to serve art, banners, commissions etc. properly, it is necessary to have a gallery with metadata.

This shall be a fairly simple static folder, with an image file, and a metadata file per image in YAML or JSON format.
Image metadata is loaded into the database by accessing an API endpoint (?)

This also requires figuring out how to run the database.
